- Connect your Instagram or other supported social accounts

The types of data we may collect include:
- Account information: name, email address, login identifiers
- Instagram and integration data: account IDs, usernames, basic profile information required to operate automations
- Automation data: configured triggers, keywords, messages, product and campaign details
- Interaction data: message and comment metadata (such as timestamps, sender IDs, and content necessary to respond or trigger flows)
- Usage data: log information about how you access and use the dashboard, including IP address and device information
- Cookies and session data: to authenticate and manage your session
- Third-party service data: we may receive data from third-party services, such as Instagram, to facilitate integrations and automations
2. Meta Platform Data
Our application integrates with Meta's Instagram API. When you connect your Instagram Professional account, we access the following data through Meta's APIs:
- Instagram Business Basic: Your Instagram user ID, username, and basic profile information
- Instagram Business Manage Messages: Content of direct messages sent to your Instagram account, used solely to trigger and send automated replies you have configured
- Instagram Business Manage Comments: Comments on your Instagram posts, used solely to detect keyword triggers and send automated direct message replies to commenters
How we handle Meta Platform Data:
- We only use Meta data to provide the automation features you configure
- We do not sell, license, or share Meta Platform Data with third parties
- We do not use Meta data for advertising, analytics unrelated to your automations, or profiling
- Meta data is stored securely in encrypted databases and access tokens are kept confidential
- When you disconnect your Instagram account or request data deletion, all Meta Platform Data is permanently removed from our systems
Our use of information received from Meta APIs adheres to the Meta Platform Terms and Developer Policies.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Operate the Auto DM platform, including sending automated direct messages and comment replies based on rules you define
- Display analytics such as total clicks, commissions, and other performance metrics in your dashboard
- Maintain and secure your account, including authentication and session management
- Communicate with you about updates, technical notices, and support responses
- Monitor for abuse, spam, or behavior that violates our acceptable use policies
4. Data Security
We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized or unlawful processing, accidental loss, destruction, or damage. However, no method of transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
5. Data Deletion
You can request deletion of your data in two ways:
- Automatic: When you remove the Auto DM app from your Instagram account settings, Meta sends us a data deletion request and we automatically delete all associated data from our systems.
- Manual: You can email us at autodm@tokenwala.online to request data deletion. We will process your request within 7-14 business days.
