Request permanent deletion of your Auto DM account and associated data

Automatic Data Deletion

When you remove the Auto DM app from your Instagram account settings, Meta automatically sends us a data deletion request. We process this immediately and delete all your data from our systems. No further action is needed on your part.

Manual Data Deletion Request

If you would like to manually request deletion of your data, please follow these instructions:

Step 1: Send an Email

Send an email to autodm@tokenwala.online

Step 2: Include Your Credentials

In your email, please include the following information to verify your identity:

  • Your registered email address
  • Your account username
  • Your full name associated with the account

Step 3: Wait for Confirmation

Our team will review your request and confirm deletion within 7-14 business days.

What Gets Deleted

When your data is deleted, we permanently remove:

  • Your account credentials and login information
  • Personal profile information
  • All configured automations and campaigns
  • Connected Instagram and social media integration data
  • Message templates and keyword configurations
  • Analytics and performance data
  • Payment history and subscription information
  • Any other data associated with your account

Important Notes

⚠ This action is irreversible. Once your data is deleted, it cannot be recovered.

You will lose access to all automations, campaigns, analytics, and any other features associated with your account.

If you have an active subscription, please cancel it before requesting data deletion to avoid future charges.
